We had a super week at Hare Cottage- just as lovely as the pictures suggest! Emma was a great host was available to answer any queries!" Jane August 2019

“Just returned from a week at Emma’s cottage! The cottage is fantastic situated in a stunning spot. We felt out of the way but you’re not too far from civilisation! The local pubs are great and the cottage is within easy reach of Alnwick, Bamburgh and Holy Island. The coast is a stones throw away as is the lovely fishing village of Craster both within easy walking distance. The cottage itself is simply stunning and the scones where a lovely surprise on arrival. Thanks Emma!!” Gavin July 2019

"A great cottage in a fabulous location. The cottage is spacious and tastefully decorated. All the amenities were available and easy to get to grips with. The welcome treats were very much appreciated. There was a very helpful guide to the cottage and local area...we enjoyed a few lovely coastal walks from the cottage. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day." Martin July2019

"A beautiful cottage in a perfect location to explore a wonderful area. A fantastic family holiday made better by the hospitality and accommodation. Would love to return and we highly recommend it.” Sean June 2019

"This cottage is a perfect getaway. We have just returned from a week’s stay. The cottage was well equipped for children with children’s books, dvds, games, travel cot, highchair and stair gates. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside and coastline. It’s possible to walk to Dunstanburgh Castle, Craster, and Embleton Bay from the cottage. The wild flowers and welcome hamper were a lovely touch and Emma’s communication has always been prompt and helpful. ” Fay August 2018

"Such a beautiful, peaceful and cosy cottage.  Everything you could possibly want.  Great location for exploring all the coastal sites and only 10 mins walk from Dunstanburgh Castle, and only a mile form Craster Harbour."  Ruth, May 2018
