Getting Here

From the south

Head north on the A1 from Newcastle upon Tyne.
After 30 miles take the exit signposted Seahouses/Alnwick/Denwick B1340.
Turn right at the T-junction at the end of the slip road onto the B1340 towards Denwick/Seahouses.
After about 2 miles, you will pass a sign post for Craster/Lee Moor Business Park. Shortly after this signpost turn right off the B1340. This junction is signposted towards Longhoughton/Craster and there is a brown sign for Dunstanburgh Castle and camping/caravan.
50 yards after this junction, turn left towards Lee Moor Business Park and Dunstanburgh Castle.
After a level crossing you will reach a T-junction with the B1339. Turn right towards Lesbury/Longhoughton then immediately left towards Dunstanburgh Castle.
Stay on this road for a further 1.5 miles. At the crossroads, turn left towards Seahouses/Newton by the Sea/Embleton, then after 300 yards, as the road bends to the left, turn right into Dunstan. There is no signpost here but as you turn into this road, you will see the 30mph speed limit signs and a sign for the Cottage Inn. Follow the road past the Cottage Inn and round to the left past the public telephone box and Smithy Court. Here, the road bends sharp right but you need to take the road off to the left (which seems like straight on) signposted to a camping/caravan park (Proctor Steads). Approximately 300 yards after this junction, turn right down the farm lane signposted Dunstan Square. You will see Dunstan Square Cottages, the farm and Dunstanburgh Castle ahead. Wren's Nook is number 2 one form the endfurthest along the row. There is space to park opposite.

From the north
Head south on the A1. After you see the exit for Christon Bank B6347/Seahouses, continue on the A1 for a further 4 miles towards Alnwick. Take the exit to the left towards Alnwick/Denwick B1340. At the T-junction at the top of the slip road, turn left towards Seahouses/Denwick on the B1340. After about 2 miles, you will pass a sign post for Craster/Lee Moor Business Park. Shortly after this signpost turn right off the B1340. This junction is signposted towards Longhoughton/Craster and there is a brown sign for Dunstanburgh Castle and camping/caravan. 50 yards after this junction, turn left towards Lee Moor Business Park and Dunstanburgh Castle.
